Devon Hamilton was furious at Nate Hastings for betraying their family company on The Young and the Restless, and every time they tried to talk it out, the situation only got worse. Nate apologized…then said something else to set Devon off.
Young and the Restless Polling
Devon (Bryton James) offered an olive branch…then took offense at something new. Are these cousins ever going to move on? Should Devon be the one to forgive?
Sorry Seems To Be the Hardest Word In Genoa City
A majority, 52% of the audience, is open to Devon moving on and absolving his cousin…but only if Nate (Sean Dominic) is truly sorry…which you really don’t think he is. Nate is sorry he got caught. Nate is sorry he lost his job. Nate is sorry his girlfriend dumped him over the deception. But is Nate sorry for going behind Devon, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), and Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) backs? Nah, he still thinks he did the right — or, at least, defensible — thing.
Devon Hamilton: Never Ever
Nate is wrong, Devon is right, and 27% of fans have no interest in seeing Devon forgive him. Sure, the dude has rationalizations, like Devon cost him his surgical career, Devon didn’t listen to him at work, and Devon didn’t respect him enough. But those are, frankly, bogus. If you don’t buy them, Devon most certainly should not.
Y&R Family First
Remember when Devon’s beloved dad, Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John), forgave Devon for sleeping with Neil’s wife, Hilary Curtis (Mishael Morgan)? Because they were family. Yeah, that was much worse than this. And Neil forgave Devon anyway. He should pay that forward. Be like Neil, 21% of voters advise. It doesn’t just mean working in the company the two of you created together. It means living your life like he lived his. Be the bigger man. Be like Neil.
