Victor Newman always knows what’s best for all of his children on The Young and the Restless. He has decided that, after an appropriate time out in the wilderness thinking about what he’s done, it’s time for Adam Newman to return to the family company.

Adam is a Newman, 13% of you remind. All Newmans should work at Newman Enterprises. Even Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), who foolishly left the family business to dabble in philanthropy, is now back in the fold. See? He thought about what he’s done and understood how wrong he was. Adam should do the same thing.

It doesn’t matter what Adam should or should not do, 21% shrug, when the reality is that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will never let him back in. Victoria knows that Adam is the only threat out there to her spot as Victor’s namesake, favorite, and heir.
Even if he does come back, he’ll just end up leaving again. He’s much better off working for Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) at Jabot. Jack indulges his own son, the woman who might have been his daughter, and anyone connected to them. He’ll indulge Adam, too.

For Your Adam Newman Appreciation
Not only will Jack indulge Adam’s ideas and business plans, but he’ll also give him credit when they succeed — and a second chance when they go bad. Furthermore, he won’t pit Adam against his siblings and/or use him to manipulate other employees. We realize Victor owns Newman Enterprises, but do they not have a Human Resources Department?
Are workers named Newman exempt from the same protections that other workers get? Jabot seems like a much more pleasant place to work. That is, when employees even have to be there. Adam will be much happier working at a place where he can take off in the middle of the day whenever he feels like it, 66% of you advise.
