She also lied about Gloria (Judith Chapman) poisoning the Glo By Jabot face cream, too. But what Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) did – offer Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) an alternative wedding dress to wear on her big day? That was beyond the pane. Lauren isn’t just mad at Sally, 50% point out. She’s also mad at Chloe Fisher (Elizabeth Hendrickson). They’re sisters-in-law. She was owed a head’s up. Except that the fans don’t agree. Sally works for Chloe’s company. Chloe had no obligation to tell Lauren what she was doing in order to pump up her business. All’s fair in the world of fashion. This wasn’t personal. Unlike what Lauren once did to Traci (Beth Maitland).

And then there are the 23% of the audience who are totally on Lauren’s side. As she told Sally, why should firing her have prompted Sally to work against her? She was obliged to keep respecting Lauren because…reasons. And Chloe? Chloe should have taken on Sally’s sins and known that anything she did against Lauren, Lauren didn’t deserve, and required being let in on. Because some people matter (Lauren), and some people don’t (Sally). Duh.
