When this The Young and the Restless (YR) star stepped on an Air Canada flight a month ago, she never expected the experience she had.
Traveling with her toddler son Niam, Mishael Morgan (Hilary), who grew up in Toronto, Canada claims she was harassed by a flight attendant for no apparent reason.
She was in the back of the plane trying to rock her son to sleep when there was no “seatbelt sign” lit, meaning she was free to move about the cabin.
She then claims a flight attendant verbally harassed her to sit down and did so in front of her supervisor when Morgan voiced a complaint.
Morgan wrote to Air Canada and asked for a written apology from the attendant–nothing more–but instead got a polite letter back offering her a 15% discount on her next flight.
The actress posted her experience and parts of the letters to and from Air Canada to her Instagram, so she could let others know about her poor customer service experience.
