It’s no secret that springing forward for Daylight Saving Time can leave people feeling exhausted during this week after. However, The Young and the Restless star, Zuleyka Silver, who portrays Audra Charles (and who we love in the role), is giving the sometimes tiring time change credit for something big she recently accomplished.
Taking Care Of Business
Silver shared an Instagram story recently, and, in it, she credited Daylight Saving Time with her big accomplishment that day. “I usually can do one major thing a day,” Silver said in the clip. “Either I work or I go to the gym or I go to the grocery store, but I did two or three today.
“So everyone needs to know how proud I am of myself. I worked and I took my a** to the gym, but I can’t take all the credit,” admitted the young actress. “I am giving the extra sunlight credit for mustering up some extra energy.”

There’s a big reason why Zuleyka Silver is making the extra effort, and no, it’s not necessarily those love scenes between Tucker (Trevor St. John — see who he thinks is Tucker’s true love) and Audra at the Genoa City Athletic Club. She has a simpler (and perhaps more fun…at least for her) reason. Why is she working out AND going to work all in one day? “Because honey, summer is closer than you think, and I’m about to look snatched in that bikini. Ok, bye.”
