On The Young and the Restless, Jordi Vilasuso portrays Ray Rosales — a man who is struggling with not having his own children. However, in real life, the actor is married to actress Kaitlin Riley. Together, they share daughters Riley, 9, and Everly, 5. Recently, he shared a heartfelt tribute from his family to the Ukrainian people.
Jordi Vilasuso Shares Heartfelt Ukraine Tribute
The Rey actor took to Instagram to share a repost from his wife’s account. The post contained a picture of a rainbow that their daughter Riley drew with crayons. Across the colorful image, the little girl wrote, “We pray for you Ukraine.”
“This drawing not only represents what we are all praying for, but also the fact that my oldest is seeing and learning about the realities of war for the first time,” Jordi Vilasuso included in his caption. “Unfortunately, this world can be unjust and cruel. We stand with the Ukrainian people and hope that peace and justice will prevail!” He ended his thoughts with the hashtag, pray for Ukraine.
Kaitlin also included her own message in her post of the picture the couple’s oldest daughter drew.
“I turned around today to find some new artwork on our refrigerator courtesy of sweet Riley,” explained Kaitlin.
