Shemar Moore brings Malcolm back to the canvas to see Lily.
S.W.A.T. star and new dad, Shemar Moore, is going back to his roots on The Young and the Restless.
Deadline reported that Moore will reprise the role of Malcolm in a special appearance. He’ll be in Genoa City on May 8 to reconnect with his family members Lily (Christel Khalil), Devon (Bryton James), and Nate (Sean Dominic).
The last time Moore brought Malcolm to the canvas was in 2019 for the special episodes honoring Kristoff St. John and Neil Winters, Malcolm’s brother.
The exciting casting news is part of Y&R’s 50th-anniversary celebration, which will have special returns and appearances all year long. The soap marked 50 years officially on March 26, 2023.
Moore became a father earlier this year. He and Jesiree Dizon welcomed a daughter, Frankie, in early February.
