The Young and the Restless alum Jordi Vilasuso and his wife, Kaitlin Vilasuso, experienced a heartbreaking loss recently.

The podcasting couple took to Instagram to share why they’ve been quiet for a while on social media and with their podcast, Making It Work. They had planned their 10th episode of the podcast to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary, but life had other plans. The former Rey Rosales actor and his wife posted a long caption along with a tearful video where they spoke openly and honestly to their followers.
Ah, friends.. we’re coming to you with some sad news. We’ve, unfortunately, experienced another loss 😔💔” read the caption.
“We’ve struggled with whether or not to share because this is just hard, but we know that so many suffer in silence, and we want so badly for that to change. 🙏🏻We pray that in sharing our journey- the lessons we’ve learned between our first and second miscarriage and the perspective we’ve gained- the two little lives that didn’t come to be will be filled with purpose and will perhaps even bring some healing to someone else’s pain. 💔

Y&R stars expressed their condolences for Jordi Vilasuso and Kaitlin on their loss.
Tracy Bregman (Lauren Fenmore Baldwin) replied, “I’m so sorry. Sending so much love and prayers to you both ❤️❤️❤️❤️.”
