Moses Winters dealt with plenty of heartaches over the years in Genoa City, but The Young and the Restless fans loved seeing him in town and miss his presence. Meanwhile, actor Jacob Aaron Gaines is busy celebrating his own major milestone.

That’s because Gaines was born on November 29, and raised in Thousand Oaks, CA, which means that this talented performer is celebrating a birthday today. The actor went to Thousand Oaks High School, where his fellow castmate Joshua Morrow (Nick Newman) also attended.

While he’s known for his role on Y&R, Jacob Aaron Gaines didn’t even know if he wanted to focus on sports or acting for a bit. The actor’s eventual choice of acting certainly pleased Y&R fans, who were happy to have Neil Winters’s (Kristoff St. John) youngest son back in the storylines again.

Gaines only has a few acting credits to his name, beginning in 2019. He appeared in the television series Dimensional Shift and in the 2020 film, Fatal Affair before joining the Y&R cast as Moses. Before that, he booked commercials like AT&T, Finish Line, and Mazda, which is why he might look familiar to some viewers. A role in Motorvation came next.
