Wild Revenge Plot Exposes Sharon’s Biggest Mistake on Young and Restless

Sharon is out for revenge on The Young and the Restless. Her consciousness has been guided by her long-time tormentor, Cameron. Initially, she wanted to get revenge against Daniel. However, Heather found herself in her direct line of attack.

Sharon is still coming to terms with what happened after she blacked out. She also hasn’t realized the biggest mistake in her wild revenge plot. 

Biggest Mistake Revealed

It’s unclear whether Sharon (Sharon Case) killed Heather (Vail Bloom). This grim storyline has taken viewers on a wild ride. Sharon feels remorse for what she’s done. Nobody knows about what happened to Heather yet. All will be revealed in the weeks to come on the daytime soap.

Daniel (Michael Graziadei) and Lucy (Lily Brooks O’Briant) got word from “Heather” when Sharon texted them from Heather’s phone. They only know that she’s supposedly left town and have no idea something worse could’ve happened to Heather. Daniel and Lucy could be the last to know since Sharon’s family got the shocking news for themselves. Meanwhile, Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) could be the unexpected person in Sharon’s corner when word gets out about what she did. 

However, Sharon’s revenge plot revealed her biggest mistake yet. She forgot that Phyllis is an expert hacker, and she can easily trace Heather’s whereabouts. Sharon texted from Heather’s phone before her disappearance. 

Sharon could also get 10 steps ahead of Phyllis. Ever since she’s grappled with her bipolar disorder, she’s been hearing Cameron’s (Linden Ashby) in her head. He told her to download an app on Heather’s phone to disable her location and her ability to track her whereabouts. 

If Phyllis gets a hold of Heather’s phone, she could easily discover the app and remove it to find out where she’s hiding. Still, Sharon should’ve destroyed the phone once she got rid of Heather’s body.

Y&R head writer Josh Griffith teased that Phyllis will be involved in Sharon’s storyline. Daniel will likely tell Phyllis he’s concerned about his wife’s whereabouts. Daniel is Phyllis’ son. She considers herself Mother of the Year and will do anything to find Heather. Phyllis could be the one to solve this potential murder mystery for the sake of her son. 

Sharon’s other mistake is getting rid of Heather’s body even though she doesn’t remember killing her. Sharon could’ve just left her body there and said nothing. She could’ve also snatched Heather’s purse so the blame would’ve been on someone else.
