Oh, no, Phyllis is missing for The Young and the Restless—again! On the February 20 episode, Billy worried. Daniel worried. Summer worried. Dream On
Less than a week ago, on Valentine’s Day, Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) dreamed that she and Billy (Jason Thompson) picked up where they’d left off, romantically speaking. Strategy Session
Phyllis knows only one method for getting her way: She has to make people feel sorry for her, so they’ll forget all the terrible things she just did. And all the terrible things she did before that. (To be fair, that’s a page she took from Victor’s [Eric Braeden] book, so it’s not even original to her.)
She framed Diane (Susan Walters) for her own murder and then, when called on it, blamed Stark (James Hyde)—whom she did kill. Phyllis pretending to be dead reminded her kids of how much they loved and missed her. So, it is no wonder she assumed her disappearing now would do the same for Billy.

Absence Makes the Heart Grow Fonder
Sally seems pretty chill about the idea of Billy returning to the States to help search for Phyllis. Which shows how much she cares about her new squeeze. (Not much…she doesn’t care all that much.) This means that Billy is as good as Phyllis’ again.
