Forget about life beginning at 30, 40 or even 50! Birthday girl Tracey Bregman shared her current age, having just celebrated a birthday. The actress, who plays Lauren Fenmore Baldwin on Young and the Restless, says that despite a health challenge her mother has faced, Bregman is grateful for what she has in life.
“This is 61,” Bregman posted along with a black and white glamour shot of her that shows off both her beauty and her great gams. “I’m so grateful to be in Nashville celebrating with my family surrounding me. Life is wonderful and full of twists and turns and is so delicate as well.
“The last week certainly showed that to me as my mother [Suzanne Lloyd] had [a stroke],” Bregman revealed to her half a million plus Instagram followers. “Thank God, [she] will be okay. But it is truly a reminder of how lucky and fragile life can be. I’ve always said, ‘It’s not what happens to you that defines you, it’s what you do from that moment on that does.’
“Today, my heart expands with love and gratitude and to all the family and friends, who continually show up and have a seat at my table,” the Daytime Emmy-winner says. “You all make me a better person, mom, stepmom, daughter and girlfriend and friend. I love you from the depths of my heart. Forever and a day.”
Bregman’s former on-screen rival and bestie off-screen, Beth Maitland (Traci), posted: “My dearest, you are an inspiration and a gift. Happy Day. May it continue to be a reminder of what you have paid forward in goodness and generosity. I love you.”
Other well-wishes of Bregman’s include Adrienne Frantz (ex-Amber, Y&R/Bold and the Beautiful) and Barbara Crampton (Leanna, Y&R; ex-Maggie Forrester, B&B). Soap Hub joins friends of Tracey Bregman in wishing both her mother a continued recovery and a Happy Birthday!
