In 1991, soap star turned movie star Demi Moore (ex-Jackie, General Hospital) posed on the cover of Vanity Fair, pregnant and mostly nude (her hands were, shall we say, strategically placed). Now, Elizabeth Hendrickson, who plays Chloe on The Young and the Restless, is striking a similar pose.

“Only a few Saturdays left of staying in bed and enjoying my morning coffee,” Hendrickson captioned her photo, adding she is 35 weeks pregnant.
“I never thought I’d want to do a maternity shoot…” Hendrickson posted, “until I loved being pregnant. Documenting this journey on the show and now with some gorgeous stills, I’ll be able to look back and recall what has been the best experience of my life. Thank you @thesecore for being a dear friend and for being too damn good with a 📷”

If Hendrickson is set to give birth sometime in late March, viewers won’t be surprised to see Chloe be absent from the screen a little bit while Hendrickson takes maternity leave. (Some actresses return to work much more quickly than others.)
The show has decided to write Hendrickson’s real-life pregnancy into the show. It was recently revealed that Chloe and Kevin (Greg Rikaart) are having a baby boy, a younger brother to their daughter Bella.
Kevin has acknowledged that he may take to being a dad to a son different than a daughter given his past abuse from his father, ‘Terrible’ Tom (Roscoe Born).
