Soap Vet Elizabeth Hendrickson’s Baby Shower Doubles As Reunion

Soap veteran Elizabeth Hendrickson is now 34 weeks pregnant which means it was time to celebrate her upcoming arrival with a baby shower — and she had plenty of friends from her time on All My Children, General Hospital, and current playground The Young of the Restless to help her celebrate — giving all of the actors the chance to catch up as well — making for one heck of a reunion.

The new mom-to-be shared the news on her Instagram account, happy and grateful to be surrounded by so much love as her friends and co-workers gathered around to celebrate her, including onscreen mom Kate Linder (Esther), onscreen husband Greg Rikaart (Kevin), and her co-star from not one but two shows — Michelle Stafford (Phyllis; ex-Nina, GH).

“Beyond thankful for these Fab Four! They really know how to make a Mama to be feel so incredibly loved. I can’t wait to bring my baby girl to set for her to meet her @youngandrestlesscbs extended family. Thank you to all of you who came, sent gifts, texts, notes of encouragement, support and pure love”

Worlds Collide

Another former two-time co-star of Hendrickson’s, Rebecca Budig (Hayden, GH; ex-Greenlee, AMC), was happy to run into her former AMC co-star, Melissa Claire Egan (ex-Annie, now Chelsea, YR), and shared a cute snap of them to social media.

It truly is a small soap world sometimes. Hendrickson played twins Maggie and Frankie on AMC, Margaux on GH, and is back yet again as Chloe on YR. Though it looks like she’ll definitely be taking a break any minute as her new daughter is sure to arrive very soon. Soap Hub wishes the new mom-to-be all the happiness in the world.
