Young and the Restless Star Courtney Hope Unleashes Her Inner Golden Girl

Courtney Hope is one of soap opera’s beautiful leading ladies. Fans are accustomed to seeing The Young and the Restless star glammed up for the show or a red-carpet appearance. But this past weekend, the actress had a different look.

After a long week on the Y&R set, Hope unwinded with a girls’ night out with her gal pals. Over the weekend, she and her pals threw a birthday/bachelorette party for their friend Brit. The party had a unique theme, with the guests dressed as old ladies.

While all the women looked spiffy in their attire, Hope stood out. The star wore a blue floral dress, grey cardigan, white stockings, and black shoes. She donned a grey wig and glasses and added a cane to cap her look.

Hope posted highlights from the celebration on Instagram, and it looks like it was a fun-filled night.

After a quick fashion show, where the group modeled their granny attire, they headed out. They enjoyed an evening of dinner and drinks, followed by karaoke and dancing.

Hope captioned the video by writing, “Golden Girls gone WILD. Celebrating our ole girl @brit.sheridan for her birthday/bachelorette! My cheeks hurt from laughing and grandma jokes and my posture is now forever crouched. As we were told, ‘We ATE that s**t down.’ – kids these days…”

While the actress is enjoying life, the same can’t be said for her character Sally. Recently, Sally was left heartbroken by Adam (Mark Grossman) again. After learning of his affair with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan), Sally is once again single.

But maybe a night on the town with someone like Gloria (Judith Chapman) could help Sally forget about her troubles. Gloria and Sally would be an interesting duo, and there’s no telling what shenanigans they’d unleash on Genoa City.
