The Shocking Twist Behind Jack’s Plan on Young and the Restless

There are questions about Glissade. Of course, there are two sides to every story. Victor claims to have sold off everything concerning that company. Jack claims that he purchased it at a low price. He’s confident that he and Diane finally beat Victor at his game on The Young and the Restless. There could be another layer to the mystery surrounding Glissade.

What happened to Glissade?

Viewers wonder what happened to the beauty company. Glissade was supposed to be Jabot’s top competitor, but it appeared dead on arrival. Victor (Eric Braeden) declares that the company is done for. However, Jack (Peter Bergman) has a different story.

He seemed to be 10 steps ahead of Victor. He knew that Victor would sell off the company’s divisions, so he tried to distract him with his fake marital problems with Diane (Susan Walters). However, Jack would have to purchase the acquisitions of Glissade anonymously. There’s no way that he could get away with it without Victor knowing.

Jack’s Shocking Twist

It’s possible that Jack will end up with Glissade. The next part of his plan is to allow Billy (Jason Thompson) to run the company. This would be sweet schadenfreude. Billy didn’t do anything wrong when he ran Abbott Chancellor despite Victor’s criticism.

He would’ve been successful if Lily (Christel Khalil) hadn’t tampered with the deal he brokered. Having Jack on Billy’s side and allowing him to run Glissade would be great. This is the boost that Billy could use in his life.

He’s currently on the outs with his mom, who’s supposedly sick. He also lost his top position as Abbott Chancellor. The twist in Jack’s plan could prove that Billy still has what it takes to run a corporation on his own. Hopefully, he doesn’t allow his ego to get in the way of this incredible opportunity.
