Young and the Restless Alum Shemar Moore Shows Off ‘Family Business’

Although the TV show S.W.A.T. was seemingly canceled — making fans feel that star Shemar Moore could possibly reprise his role as Malcolm Winters on The Young and the Restless — it’s been brought back for an eighth season. Moore previously returned to Y&R in May 2023 for the show’s 50th-anniversary celebration and is possibly too busy for a longer run.

Moore has also posted extensively on social media about his career and life. He and his girlfriend Jesiree Dizon welcomed their first child, Frankie, into the world in January 2023, and he recently posted some fun family pics.

His Mom is Looking Down on Them

The actor recently shared an adorable picture of himself and his daughter on Instagram. With the caption, “Family business ❤️🤩,” he shared three photos of him holding Frankie, with one including Mom. One friend responded, “She is sooooo cute! Can’t believe how big she is! What a perfect combination of her mommy and daddy. 🙌.”

In February 2020, Moore’s mother passed away from multiple sclerosis. Fans and friends remembered this, as one wrote, “Aww! She is a babydoll Your mother would have loved her 💖,” and another stated, “She is the luckiest little girl. Your mom would have loved her so much. Being a daddy sure looks good on you.”

Frankie Has His Eyes

Many of Moore’s followers felt that Frankie was his mini-me, and some even saw a resemblance to his mother as one responded, “Oh I see some of Grandmama in Frankie’s face too💞🤎.” Another wrote, “[Shemar Moore] DADDYS EYES! 💕,” with others agreeing. 

The emotion among Moore’s followers was palpable, and images of the cute kid touched everyone. One fan summed up the general feeling with, “Beautiful loving 🥰 little family. Frankie is so adorable. So much love in these pictures. Thanks for sharing ❤️.”

In September, he shared several pics of him, Jesiree, and Frankie with the caption, “Mama, Daddy, & Frankie! Frankie kinda killing the GAME!!! ❤️‍🔥,” illustrating that their family time is always full of love.
