Here’s Who Made Santa’s Naughty & Nice List On Young and the Restless This Year

Christmas season is in full swing on The Young and the Restless. Soon, jolly old St. Nick will visit Genoa City to deliver gifts to everyone who was good. This year, Santa had a tough job making his naughty or nice list. Some characters were well-behaved, while others delved into mischief. Here’s a look at who’ll receive a nice gift and who’ll get a lump of coal from Santa this year.

Reason For The Naughty List

Santa’s naughty list consists of some top Genoa City names. Victor (Eric Braeden) earned a spot on the list after manipulating and double-crossing Lily (Christel Khalil) to take over Chancellor Industries. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) normally disagrees with her husband’s decisions but supported this plan when he made her Chancellor’s new CEO.

Adam (Mark Grossman) is another Newman who’s been bad this year. After working hard to convince Sally (Courtney Hope) to give their relationship another chance, he throws it away by sleeping with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan). Now, Adam finds himself alone after being dumped by Sally and Chelsea, uncertain about a reunion.

On the Abbott side, Kyle (Michael Mealor) earned the title of worst son. After being fired from Jabot, he plotted revenge against his parents by teaming up with their business rival, Victor. The young hotshot stole a beauty formula from Jabot and was in the running to head Victor’s new company, Glissade. But Kyle got his comeuppance when his mother Diane (Susan Walters) gained control of Glissade and fired him.

In the teen scene, Lucy (Lily Brooks O’Briant) proved to be a handful. Aside from her weird infatuation with Faith (Reylynn Caster), Lucy began drinking. Her rebellious behavior went too far when she and Faith were injured in a car wreck. Lucy faced strict punishment from her parents, and she might have more if Santa doesn’t deliver a gift this year.

At the top of the naughty list this year is Sharon (Sharon Case). Haunted by Cassie’s (Camryn Grimes) death and hallucinations of Cameron (Linden Ashby), Sharon sought revenge against Daniel (Michael Graziadei). Unfortunately, Heather (Vail Bloom) was the victim. Sharon covered up a murder by dumping Heather’s body in the river and then framing Daniel for the crime. Although Sharon looks guilty, she might be a victim of the naughty villains Jordan (Colleen Zenk) and Ian (Ray Wise), who’ve returned to wreak havoc on Genoa City.

On The Nice List

One person who is certainly on Santa’s nice list is Traci (Beth Maitland). She’s the Abbott family’s heart and soul, always supporting her siblings. This year, Traci proved she always puts others ahead of herself. The novelist helped her sister Ashley (Eileen Davidson) uncover the events leading to her DID diagnosis. While it was a trying time for everyone, something good came out of it for Traci. She found love with Alan (Christopher Cousins).

Nick (Joshua Morrow) is Genoa City’s hero, always helping those in need. When his ex-wife Sharon confessed to killing Heather, instead of being angry, his first instinct was to prove her innocence. Nick knows Sharon wouldn’t intentionally harm someone and senses something is amiss. Yet, his search for answers is raising eyebrows. Everyone thinks he’s a fool for staying loyal to Sharon, and she’ll cause more trouble. But that’s a risk Nick will take to help a loved one.

Claire’s (Hayley Erin) has undergone a drastic transformation this year. The young woman was initially a villain, helping her Aunt Jordan seek revenge on The Newmans. But Claire was in for a surprise when she learned that Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Cole (J. Eddie Peck) were her parents. With Victoria and Cole’s love and support, Claire underwent treatment at a psychiatric hospital to undo the years of torment by Jordan. Upon her release, Claire had a newfound attitude and became Genoa City’s new good girl. Although many people were skeptical of her change, she won over the Newmans and Kyle.
