The Marriage Plot
Sally (Courtney Hope) is no dummy. (Though her relationship with Billy [Jason Thompson] would suggest otherwise.)
She figured out right away that Audra’s (Zuleyka Silver) play for Kyle (Michael Mealor)—officially only so that she can get Victor (Eric Braeden) to fund her company—could derail her relationship with Nate (Sean Dominic). Audra assured her that everything was under control. Sally made a cynical face.

Death Be Not Proud
According to Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Claire (Hayley Erin), Cole (J. Eddie Peck) is at death’s door. They are very worried.
While Claire freaks out and is calmed down by Holden (Nathan Owens), Victoria shares her concerns with Nate (Sean Dominic). The two have a warm and friendly conversation, especially considering how their own relationship imploded.

Change Partners and Dance
Are we heading towards a scenario where Nate doesn’t accept Audra sleeping with Kyle as just “the cost of doing business” and dumps her? Then, Cole dies. Victoria is sad. Nate and Victoria reunite.
Meanwhile, Kyle sleeping with Audra breaks up him and Claire. She gravitates towards Holden, and the two join forces with Victoria and Nate to take on Cane (Billy Flynn).

Final Battle
Meanwhile, under no circumstances will Audra settle for Kyle. We see her siding with Cane…. Wait! Make that three new power couples!
Picture it (hat-tip: Sophia Petrillo): It’s Victoria and Nate, Claire and Holden, versus Cane and Audra… with Kyle and the rest of the Abbotts joining in to keep the Newmans at bay. Now we have a party! May the best team win! (As long as it’s not Victor.)
