The Young and the Restless star Michelle Stafford gave fans what they wanted the other day. Stafford had Y&R fans ask their most burning questions, and she wasted no time answering them.
Favorite Y&R Storyline
After getting over 300 questions, Stafford kicked off her Q&A session by answering the most asked question.
“There are many. I have many, quite honestly. I love the Nick/Phyllis affair — I loved it because it was very, very odd that these two characters would come together. These two characters, who had been on the show the equal amount of time, for like, I think we’d both been on 10 years before they put us together. So I loved that,” she expressed.
Stafford didn’t stop there either. She went on to add scenes and scene partners that she loved doing on Y&R.
“I loved anything I did with Phyllis/Diane, who’s played by Susan Walters. There’s various scenes that I’ve loved with Phyllis and Jack. All the storylines were great, but there’s various shows that we did that I was like, wow, that was, I really loved, you know, doing that particular show,” the actress explained.
Then she let Y&R fans know that she’s happy with Phyllis’ storyline at the moment.
“I like what’s happening now. I like that Phyllis is everyday sort of fighting for her life. It takes, it’s a lot of energy to play, but I like it. So there’s that one,” Stafford shared.
That’s The Job Folks
On the flip side, in another Instagram share, Stafford was asked if there was a bad storyline she didn’t like and was forced to act in. Stafford had the best response.
“There’s not a bad storyline. I mean, it’s all sort of opinion. I could like a storyline, and you could hate it. My job is to actually not to have an opinion on the storyline. I don’t care about anything else except to do my job, and my job is they write dialogue and I say it. That’s pretty much it,” Stafford declared.
