- Now, Phyllis has partnered with Billy in her Newman takeover.
‘She’s Crazy’
Phyllis has done many crazy things throughout the years, but her latest stunt may take the cake. The redhead was set on revenge against Victor (Eric Braeden) after he double-crossed her in their deal. With Cane’s (Billy Flynn) help, Phyllis got payback on The Moustache.
The couple used Cane’s AI software to take control of Victor’s company Newman Enterprises. However, Victor had a plan to use Lily (Christel Khalil) and twins as leverage to get his company back. Fearing for his family’s safety, Cane agreed to Victor’s terms.
However, Phyllis had other plans. Before Cane could transfer Newman back to Victor, Phyllis chloroformed Cane. Since Cane has proven he can’t be trusted, Phyllis has turned to her new partner in crime, Billy (Jason Thompson).
In exchange for Billy’s assistance, she agreed to give him Chancellor and give Sally (Courtney Hope) Newman Media. Seeing Phyllis and Billy team up to pull a fast one on The Newmans has made for exciting television. Not only are fans enjoying it, but so is Stafford.
On her Instagram story, the actress posted a clip of her watching Phyllis and Billy’s recent scenes. “Um, she’s f***ing crazy. She’s bat**** crazy. Just saying,” Stafford replied.
Stafford’s assessment of her character was funny and would have most fans in agreement. The actress then wrote that she hopes fans are enjoying the story, and that she and her co-stars are “having fun playing it.”
Phyllis vs. The Newmans
Phyllis continues to fan the flames in her war against Victor. But it’s not just The Moustache she has to worry about. Victoria (Amelia Heinle) is inserting herself into the battle as well.
Victoria isn’t thrilled that Billy is part of the takeover and stole Chancellor. The Newman princess is threatening drastic actions to stop her ex-husband, including taking away his kids. While Billy loves his kids, there’s nothing and nobody that’s going to stop him now that he has control of Chancellor.
Meanwhile, a furious Victor is more determined than ever to take down Phyllis. With Adam’s (Mark Grossman) assistance, Victor will try to formulate a plan to save his company. But is he a match for Genoa City’s new queen pin Phyllis?
