The Thursday, March 28 episode of The Young and the Restless ended on a cliffhanger with Nikki getting the stunning news that Jordan escaped from the hospital.
Escaped And Dangerous
Sure, the Newmans figured they were done with Jordan (Colleen Zenk), at least for a bit. They learned that Jordan had a seizure, which delayed her transfer to the jail. Claire (Hayley Erin) warned Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) that her aunt’s seizure might be a delay tactic, but Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Nikki figured they still had a bit more Jordan-free time coming their way.
However, Victor (Eric Braeden) wasn’t at all pleased that Nikki chose to save Jordan’s life. They all suspected they weren’t through with dealing with her even though Nikki had hoped that Jordan would be the justice system’s problem now.
Throughout the episode, Jordan’s name came up, and everybody hoped she would be behind bars soon. Claire warned her newfound family that her aunt was devious and always had a plan B.
Finally, after Jack (Peter Bergman) had distracted Nikki with some of his own woes, she sat on the couch at the ranch reading a magazine. Clearly, Nikki was under stress, though, because the phone ringing startled her. She answered a call from security, and she learned the news that Jordan had escaped. “Oh my God! Oh my God. This can’t be happening,” she said.
But, of course, it did happen, and Y&R spoilers photos show that Nikki is rattled to her core by the news. She even calls Jack back, and they visit an AA meeting as she struggles to deal with the awful news that Jordan is once again on the loose, and no doubt plotting the best way to get her revenge on the Newmans.
What do you think Jordan will do next? She’ll have to be extra sneaky this time. Let us know your theories in the comments below.
