Here’s Who’s Really The Man For Audra On Young and the Restless

Since she arrived in Genoa City, Audra has had her eye on Nate. Sure, she thought she could make a go of it with Tucker, but she finally realized she came second to Ashley. On the Monday, May 20 episode of The Young and the Restless, Audra seemed actually to enjoy her time with the doctor-turned-businessman.

Man With An Edge

Obviously, Audra (Zuleyka Silver, who recently got engaged) needs to be with somebody who is smart but has an edge. Things with Kyle (Michael Mealor) didn’t really work out, and part of that was because he wasn’t ruthless.

While Tucker (Trevor St. John) certainly has an edge and he’s smart, he doesn’t know how to make Audra feel valued. These two had an unbalanced relationship for too long, and it was merely transactional. Trying to shift things to “love” proved to be too difficult, and it looks like Audra has finally realized she can’t make things work with Tucker, especially with Ashley (Eileen Davidson) holding such sway with him.

While Sally (Courtney Hope) told Tucker there was some hope for him if he got himself together, we’re not so sure. Sure, Audra may have dated Nate (Sean Dominic) to make Tucker jealous, but the two truly seemed to enjoy each other’s company on their night out.

Certainly, Nate has proven himself ruthless over the past couple of years. He has an edge, and he’s smart. However, the best thing about Nate is he’s not cruel, which Tucker can be at times. He also has a bit more humanity than Tucker, which will help balance Audra a bit, so she’s not focused entirely on power and ruling the world. We think Nate knows how to make Audra feel valued, but he’s just enough like her for her to also enjoy a partnership with him.

Audra would be better off if she stuck by her choice to dump Tucker and move on with Nate. We could see these two teaming up and taking Genoa City by storm. What do you think? Is Nate really the guy for Audra? Let us know in the comments below.
