Ashley’s Alter Ms. Abbott Burns Down The House (Metaphorically) On Y&R

On the Wednesday, April 10, 2024 episode of The Young and the Restless, Ashley’s alter, Ms. Abbott went no holds barred as she duked it out with Ashley’s siblings, Diane, and Tucker. It made for some wild moments.

Burning Down The House

While Ashley (Eileen Davidson) remained asleep on a bed in Ashley’s mind, and Ash tried to wake her up, the alter, Ms. Abbott burned down the house when Jack (Peter Bergman), Billy (Jason Thompson), Traci (Beth Maitland), Diane (Susan Walters), and even Tucker (Trevor St. John) tried to get through to her during an intervention. Ms. Abbott did not hold back as she did her best to insult Ashley’s loved ones (and not-so-loved ones) in an effort to get them to leave her alone.

Tucker tried to talk some sense into Ashley, and Ms. Abbott went off about Audra (Zuleyka Silver). She called Tucker’s latest love a “pea brain” and the “town bicycle.” Ouch! Burn. Ultimately, Tucker ended up leaving Ashley and her care to her family.

She told both Jack and Billy that they’d had their own problems. She told Jack he had a deep-seated resentment of her because she was their father’s favorite child. Then, when Diane (remember when she saved Ashley’s life?) tried to talk some sense into Ashley, Ms. Abbott called Ashley’s sister-in-law a “bitch” and reminded her how she’d broken Kyle’s (Michael Mealor) heart by faking her own death.

While it seemed impossible that she would stoop so low as to insult Traci, the one who loves everyone unconditionally, you better believe that Ms. Abbott went there in spades. She caused extreme shock by reminding Traci that their father had called Ashley, “my beauty.”
