Those who loved the late Billy Miller, who died on September 15, are still mourning his loss. Now, Amelia Heinle, who played his wife Victoria on Young and the Restless, is sharing her thoughts on how the late actor brought so many people together.
Amelia Heinle: Goodbye, My Friend
Heinle shared a photo on Instagram taken at what appears to be the conclusion of an emotional gathering that paid tribute to the late Miller. “Thank God for friends who are like sisters, who are there for each other even when we have to say goodbye and cry and laugh and hold hands,” Heinle posted on social media. “No one who knew you Billy will ever forget you. You brought us all together, and we are all the better for it.”
In Heinle’s post, she tagged Miller’s private Instagram account as well as the public accounts of Melissa Claire Egan (Chelsea), Elizabeth Hendrickson (Chloe), and the private account of Tobe Morrow, wife of Joshua Morrow (Nicholas). She also tagged #cbsdaytime #yandr.
Billy Abbott’s Little Black Book
During Miller’s tenure, he was paired with all three leading ladies. Chelsea, a con artist, had been hired by Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to break up Billy’s marriage to his daughter Victoria. Billy had sex with Chloe, which resulted in the birth of their daughter Delia, who died after Adam Newman accidentally struck her with his car.
“I’m so glad you are together for today for always,” shared Tracey Bregman (Lauren). Y&R fan @chiefdaddymaster wrote: “What I got last August at the fan event is truly how much you all love each other.”
More Support for Amelia Heinle and Miller’s Pals
“There was something about him I loved when he was Billy, and even long after he left, he was still one of those people you missed or wish they brought back,” wrote Y&R devotee @mim.molinaro. “Was very sad to hear this news. 😢🙏.”
“Friends are so special!” posted @hoffdl7, who suggests, “Maybe even more than relatives. We make friends, become close. That Billy meant so much says so much. I feel for you all who knew and loved him! As I said before Amelia, his passing must have been tough on you. You have such a good heart. So good that you posted this about friendships and how he meant so much to you all. My best to you and the special friends who owe so much to Billy.”
