As previously reported former The Young and the Restless star Jensen Buchanan (ex-Elise Moxley and ex-Vicky Hudson, AW) is facing an ongoing legal battle for DUI charges relating to an accident she allegedly caused last May.
According to Soaps.com, Jensen appeared in court in Santa Maria, CA, on March 14 and found out that her DUI case is continued until April 5. She is scheduled to appear in court again on that date.
This case stems from a crash on May 18, 2016. After that crash, court documents allege that her blood alcohol level was .34 percent when the incident occurred.
Since the accident, the actress has worn an ankle monitor and attended rehab. When the case concludes, she’ll very like either serve prison time or probation related to the felony charges of driving under the influence and causing injury. Jensen has no prior criminal history.
