This isn’t Nikki’s first murder on The Young and the Restless. She killed a playmate as a child. She killed her father after he tried to rape her.
(Fun fact, Nikki’s disturbed dad was played by Quinn Redecker who, years later, also played Rex and married Kay).
And now there’s JT (Thad Luckinbill) with a fire poker in Victoria’s (Amelia Heinle) house. Is it about time this serial killer went to prison? Here’s how over 9,000 potential jurors came down.
Slap On the Wrist
Victor (Eric Braeden) may be the undisputed Genoa City champion when it comes to sliding on crimes he committed, but Nikki is running a close second. She’s gotten away with so much already, 80% of you don’t see why she can’t keep getting away with more.
This was an actual accident, after all. JT was attacking Nikki’s daughter, and you know what a mama bear she is! JT had it coming.
But, maybe Nikki should have been a bit more forthcoming with the police. What if, in the end, she ends up doing time not for committing the crime, but for lying about it?
Three Strikes And You’re Out
Throw the book at her, 17% counter! Three murders! Three! Just how many ‘accidents’ is one person allowed per lifetime?
If these things are going to keep happening to Nikki, maybe she ought to be locked up to protect the good people of Genoa City from having it happen to them!
