Killer Phyll-er? Will She Kill Tessa on The Young and the Restless?

Tessa needs to be stopped on The Young and the Restless. Victoria (Amelia Heinle), Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), Sharon (Sharon Case), Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), even Mariah (Camryn Grimes) agree on that.

The question is: How?

Victoria thinks threats are the way to do it. Sharon and Mariah are trying to kill Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) with kindness. Will Phyllis decide to skip the middle-man and just kill Tessa, instead? Here’s what over 6,000 of you suspect will happen.

Two People Can Keep a Secret If One Is Dead
Phyllis is a pragmatist, according to 53% of the audience. She knows that threats are good, blackmail is good, love is stupid. But murder – murder is… final. If Tessa is dead, she can tell no tales. And now that JT (Thad Luckinbill) isn’t in his grave, there’s a space available.

If no one volunteers to get their hands dirty, Phyllis seems like the prime candidate to take the bull by the horns, as it were, and get it done herself.

She’s drugged people before. She’s tried to run over people before. A combination of the two seems like a good approach for Tessa. Phyllis has baptized herself and Nick (Joshua Morrow) Genoa City’s newest power couple. Ain’t nothing going to get in the way of that.

A Bridge Too Far
Murder is too much, even for Phyllis, 46% of you can’t imagine it happening. Sure, there’s her checkered past, but, these days, Phyllis more likely to throw money at a problem. She must know – or she’ll find out – about Tessa’s performance ambitions.

Instead of going homicidal, Phyllis is much more likely to tempt Tessa out of town with a recording contract – on the understanding that it can all disappear in a finger snap if Tessa ever opens her mouth to do anything but sing pretty tunes.
