Jess Walton Promises A Drama Filled Return to The Young and the Restless.

For months, “Young and the Restless” fans wondered where Jill (Jess Walton) has been. She’s given up her house to Billy (Jason Thompson) and was “traveling” the world with her scheming husband Colin (Tristan Rogers).

According to Walton, she’s on her way back to Genoa City to dial up more drama on Y&R. “It looks like I’m coming on a little more in the next few months,” she told WNCN News. She even teased some sensational story arcs will take place!

When asked to describe Jill, Walton joked, “she’s very overbearing.” She went on to say her character is “very manipulative, she takes advantage of every situation, and she wins however she can.”

Does this mean Jill’s going to reclaim her crown as the ultimate Scheme Queen? With Victor (Eric Braeden) in jail, Jill may want to make a serious play for Chancellor Industries and bring Katherine’s company back to the spotlight.

For years, Walton’s right-hand lady was Jeanne Cooper (Katherine), and even three years later,  Walton feels like her other half is missing. The feud between Jill and Katherine was a big part of the show for over 30 years, and even fans miss the connection.

Walton joined the cast of Y&R in 1988. As one of the longest-running cast members, she’s well known in the daytime world.
