Career Moves: Is Ashley Making A BIG Mistake Working For Victor On The Young And The Restless?

Ashley jumped ship from Jabot Cosmetics to work at Brash & Sassy on The Young and the Restless. Is getting back into the boardroom with her ex, Victor, a good idea?

Cosmetics Encounter
The majority of you, over 90%, feel that, yes, Ashley has made an error going to work for Victor (Eric Braeden). You may have voted this way because you feel that the Jabot half-siblings, Ashley and Jack (Peter Bergman), should stick together!

It’s what John (Jerry Douglas) would have wanted and it’s certainly what Traci (Beth Maitland) wants! Ashley has an emotional investment in Jabot. At Brash & Sassy, she’s just an employee.

Better Opportunity
The rest of you, a little over 9%, feel that no, Ashley did not make an error.

If Victor’s going to offer his ex a better deal than Ash’s own brother, why shouldn’t she grab it? Maybe Jack should learn to live without Ashley at work and see what that’s like. It’s not good publicity when a family member runs off to a rival company. Jabot losing Ash is something from which it may not recover!

Plot Twist
Wouldn’t it be great to learn that Ashley’s only pretending to have left Jabot and that she’s over at Brash & Sassy getting all their secrets so that she could return to her family’s company, making it stronger than ever?

Alas, corporate espionage isn’t Ash’s style. But if push comes to shove and Brash & Sassy starts to crush Jabot in sales then Ashley will have to make a decision: stay loyal to her new bosses or to her father’s memory? Stay tuned!
