Misery loves company and, on The Young and the Restless these days, few people are more miserable than Hilary and Jack (Peter Bergman).
He’s still smarting from wife Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) cheating on him with brother Billy (Jason Thompson). Though, Jack being Jack, he’s covering up his broken heart with snark.
Hilary, meanwhile, has just been thrown out of her home by husband Devon (Bryton James), once he got his memory back and recalled all the lousy stuff she’s done. Hilary, being Hilary, is covering up her own heartbreak by continuing to be fabulous.
So could these two crushed-by-the-past souls possibly have a future together? Over 3,000 viewers shared their opinions.

Stick With The Status Quo
Despite everything they’ve been through, 60% of fans insist Jack and Hilary (Mishael Morgan) are fine the way they are now. He should stay in his world, she should stay in hers, and never the twain shall meet.
It’s probably for the best. Interracial romance has never exactly been Genoa City’s strong point. (Yeah, yeah, yeah, Lily and Cane… but how often are they onscreen as more than props for other people?)
A Couple Coup!
On the other hand, what the heck! Just because Neil (Kristoff St. John) and Victoria (then-Heather Tom) or John (Jerry Douglas) and Mamie (Veronica Redd) didn’t work out (and were kind of dull), that’s no reason not to give Jack and Hilary a shot.
