Lily Winters assured Billy Abbott that even though she was the Chief Executive Officer of Chancellor Industries on The Young and the Restless, she and Billy would be equal partners — except his position would be lower than hers.

In order to drive that point home, Lily (Christel Khalil) has let Billy (Jason Thompson) do his podcast thing however he wants. And Billy ran with it. Is it time for Lily to put on the brakes before he gets too out of control?

Now, just because Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) has asked him to, Billy is about to draw the ire of Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) against Chancellor — stepping into a battle they have no business entering. If Lily doesn’t put a leash on her boyfriend, 52% of you fear, he’s going to bring down the company his mother inherited fair and square…by sleeping with Kay Chancellor’s (Jeanne Cooper) husband.

Lily can’t wait for Billy to do something stupid to reprimand him, 32% counter. She has to get him in hand before he destroys himself and everything he and Lily are trying to build. Boosting your boyfriend’s ego is a nice goal. But not at the expense of looking like a business idiot.

My Man
It’s only 16% who believe that Billy’s happiness must come before all else. So what if he leaves destruction everywhere he goes. It makes him happy. And if Lily doesn’t make her man happy, he might go looking for happiness somewhere else. What will Lily have then but her company and her self-respect? Will that keep her warm at night? Think of Billy like a toddler. He makes a mess, you clean it up. Anything to keep him content.
