J.T. and Victoria have a long, complicated history on The Young and the Restless that’s gotten more intense in light of J.T.’s return to Genoa City. After some fighting and yelling, the pair gave in to their true feelings and made love!
In short order, some family members have been brought up to speed on the duo’s new dynamic, which includes J.T. moving back in with his ex. Are J.T. (Thad Luckinbill) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) rushing things? Soap Hub asked fans to weigh in.
Most of you, over 87%, feel that, yes, J.T. and Victoria are moving way too fast. He only returned onscreen last month and initially, Victoria had to deal with J.T. who was in a position to put her mom in jail.
Once that was behind them, the two united over their son Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu) getting arrested for drunk driving. Nothing bonds a couple more than mutual concern for their child. Well, except maybe sex. And they have been having a lot of it. Non stop. And getting caught by Victor (Eric Braeden) wasn’t a bad thing, exactly.
It bonded the pair in a way because now they were back to fighting an outside force while acting like horny teenagers.
It also made them get respectable — fast. What’s more respectable than living together? But Victor would probably disagree.
The rest of you, nearly 13%, believe that no, J.T. and Victoria aren’t rushing things.
In the last several years, soap opera storylines have been told at an accelerated pace. And since it’s been reported that Luckinbill is only back on Y&R for a limited run, time is of the essence. His story can’t be told fast enough!
