John McCook, The Young and the Restless, The Bold and the Beautiful
Most fans know that a long-awaited The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful crossover hits daytime soon! We’re thrilled to see B&B’s Eric (John McCook) arrive in Genoa City to visit his old friend Lauren (Tracey Bregman).
While this crossover could be totally straight forward with Eric visiting GC, investing in Fenmores, and then going back to LA, we decided to imagine the other possibilities for prolonging this colliding of soap worlds.
Quinn’s Green-Eyed Monster Attacks
What if Quinn (Rena Sofer) realizes Eric is visiting another enticing woman — a woman with whom he shares a past? He’s seen in the preview toasting to his fond memories of Lauren. Could he have ideas of seducing her? Or, could Quinn at least take his interest in helping out his former lover as a threat to her marriage?
Given how she’s already reacted to Katie (Heather Tom) insinuating herself into Eric’s life, we could absolutely see Quinn unleashing her worst self on Lauren.
How crazy would it be if Quinn came to Genoa City and started stalking Lauren and those she loves in an effort to “make her pay” for Eric coming to her rescue? Shades of Shelia (Kimberlin Brown), anyone?
Splitsville in Genoa City?
Speaking of marriages, Lauren and Michael (Christian LeBlanc) find themselves in a bit of a rocky spot lately. While they recently celebrated a beautiful anniversary, Lauren’s secretive behavior about her failing business did disappoint Michael.
Could her reliance on Eric instead of Michael cause even more damage to their already strained bond? While they’ve made it through many hardships and struggles together, this might just be the straw that breaks the camel’s back.
A New Feud Rises?
Jack (Peter Bergman) clearly has his heart and mind set on a Fenmores takeover. Eric’s arrival on the scene could mean he steals…continue reading on the next page —>
A New Feud Rises?
Jack (Peter Bergman) clearly has his heart and mind set on a Fenmores takeover. Eric’s arrival on the scene could mean he steals that possibility right out from under Jack by helping Lauren and, by association, his ex-wife Phyllis (Gina Tognoni).
Forget Victor (Eric Braeden), perhaps Jack focuses his new rage on Eric instead. If that’s the case, would Victor and Eric team up against Jack somehow, or would the bad blood stay between Eric and Jack? This could lead to some fiery scenes on both shows as well as some possible business shakeups.
Could that type of quarrel finally bring Jack down once and for all? Is there a possibility he could defeat the fashion dynamo?
