Jess Walton from The Young and the Restless
Good news for fans of Jess Walton from The Young and the Restless (YR)! Not only is the Emmy-winning star due back in Genoa City the week of December 18, but she’s also landed an exciting new project that will pair her with familiar faces!
Walton posted on social media that she’s landed a Netflix film titled Christmas With A View. The film stars Patrick Duffy (ex-Steve, The Bold and the Beautiful) and Vivica A. Fox (ex-Stephanie, Y&R).
“I’ll be shooting for 3 days and will play the wife of Patrick Duffy who used to be on Dallas [as Bobby],” Walton wrote. “I’m thrilled to be part of this and spend some time near Toronto where I grew up.”
It’s not likely this film will make it in time for this year’s holiday season, but rather next year’s slate of programming.
Fans may recall that Fox played Dr. Stephanie Simmons on Y&R, who was briefly involved with Malcolm. Fox also played the role of Maya on Generations where she was paired with Kristoff St. John (Neil, Y&R; ex-Adam, Generations).
