Y&R star Christian Le Blanc recently showcased some artwork with familiar-looking subjects in unexpected settings. Recently Le Blanc, who portrays District Attorney Michael Baldwin in Genoa City, announced his new website, Christian Le Blanc Art. On his site, the actor-artist describes himself as a self-taught artist.

The artwork the actor featured in a recent Instagram post is titled Five O’Clock at the Nine O’Clock Cannon, which refers to a cannon that sounded the nightly curfew in old New Orleans. The subjects of this painting will look quite familiar to Y&R viewers.
Le Blanc noted that Shemar Moore (ex-Malcolm Winters) posed as the soldier for the illustration. A young girl appearing in the scene is none other than Camryn Grimes (Cassie Newman/Mariah Copeland).
“OK!! Shemar Moore posed for the soldier on the left…and young @camryngrimes for the girl talking to the mouse…BUT…who are the two ladies in the chignons?” Christian Le Blanc wrote in the caption.
One of the two women in the artwork is Tonya Williams (ex-Dr. Olivia Barber Winters), and the other is Siena Goines (ex-Callie Rogers). Fans of the soap opera likely remember these characters who appeared on the show in the 1990s helping create lots of drama with the Winters family.
Christian Le Blanc originally distributed the print to the cast and crew of Y&R, and 200 of the original 1,000 prints remain for sale on his website. The illustration is one of several that include the artists’ Y&R castmates in unique settings.
