A Different Shick: Can Sharon and Victoria Be Friends on The Young and the Restless

On The Young and the Restless, Sharon and Victoria, along with Nikki and Phyllis, have been faking a newfound friendship due to the secret they’re keeping about JT’s disappearance.

Obviously, Sharon (Sharon Case) and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) can never really be friends because of Nick (Joshua Morrow).

And Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Phyllis can’t be friends because of Billy (Jason Thompson). Sharon and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Nikki and Victoria have their own complicated, family-based relationships.

But could Victoria and Sharon ever be friends? They’ve exhibited similar taste in men. (Right, Billy? Brad?) Plus, they both have a tendency to act first and think later. Over 3,000 fans weighed in on the possibility.

Of course they can, 89% of you cheer. It makes sense: They’re both in a similar place in their lives, single mothers trying to juggle kids and career along with having a personal life… and keeping a secret about a body they buried in the park that has since disappeared.

Sharon and Victoria can kick back, drink wine, share war stories… about everyone except Billy and Brad. Oh, and probably Nick and Dylan (Steve Burton), too, since they’re Victoria’s brothers. Ick.

They can watch each other’s kids: Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) is Victoria’s niece, anyway. And they can talk about where that darned body is!
