Could Cane And Juliet Ever Fall In Love On The Young And The Restless?

The tension between Juliet and Cane has thawed lately on The Young and the Restless (YR). The couple bonded over the health scare facing their unborn child, and now, Cane’s brought his baby mama into his new home, the Chancellor mansion.

Soap Hub asked Y&R fans if they think that Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Juliet (Laur Allen) might actually be able to make a go of it. Read on to see the results!

Cane Is Able
Juliet stood by Cane at the Genoa City Athletic Club recently when Victoria threw a drink in Cane’s face — after he made a crack about Victoria sleeping with Ben Hochman. It was interesting to see Juliet and Cane be united in something other than their unborn baby.

There’s a nice chemistry between them, but still a little over 65% don’t think that Juliet and Cane will make it. To be exact, the response chosen was that you hope they don’t make it! This isn’t to say that they couldn’t!

The rest of you, just under 35%, think that Juliet and Cane could make a go of it — for a while. Cane could do the right thing and divorce Lily (we know that’s not going to be done lightly), and then marry Juliet in order to give their child a name.

Cane could later decide if he wants to make a go of it with Juliet and his new child or leave them and go back to Lily.

Babies do have a way of uniting families. Cane could decide to raise his baby with Juliet in the Chancellor mansion. This development would certainly shock a lot of people in Genoa City, but the baby would probably love growing up in a luxurious mansion along with both of his or her parents.

Watch For A Twist
Ever since the baby’s health scare, there haven’t been a lot of developments in Juliet’s pregnancy story. There have been no hints that Cane’s not the dad. Juliet hasn’t gone psycho. And no one else on the canvas is pregnant so a baby-switch story doesn’t appear to be in the offing. Whatever twist does happen next, it’s likely to be a real shocker!
