On The Young and the Restless, Sally Spectra gave Adam Newman some surprising insight into Victor Newman’s machinations with Newman Media. While Adam can’t stomach the thought of working for Victoria Newman Locke, Sally Spectra presented her boss and sort of love interest with a compelling reason why The Mustache decided to get all his businesses back under one name.
Young and the Restless: Adam Should Listen to Sally
Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) realize that Victor (Eric Braeden) has something up his sleeve. Likewise, Adam (Mark Grossman) thinks things have changed with his father. However, neither Newman progeny realizes where The Great Victor Newman is going with everything, and as usual, Victor is happy enough to let them keep guessing.
One person seems to have a good insight into things, though — Sally (Courtney Hope). She seems to get that Victor is setting things up where Adam can easily step in and take over his empire once he and Michael Baldwin (Christian Le Blanc) figure out what Ashland is up to and how complicit Victoria is.

The Empire is Yours
We think Adam is right that Victor is testing him, but we fear he will get mad and do his typical Adam spiral. However, it seems like Sally gave him something to think about. Although Victor will do what Victor wants to do, we hope that this time, Adam takes a surprising turn and doesn’t lose it over Victor’s schemes.
Instead, we could see Adam ending up as the head of newly renamed Newman Enterprises, and the Lockes will be out on their backsides. Victoria’s holier than thou attitude will get taken down a notch. But, of course, all this only works if Adam doesn’t give in to his desire to walk on the dark side.
