The Young and the Restless knows how to bring the drama, and March 17 – 21 was no exception. From Sharon standing in her power to Victor playing match-maker and Adam and Chelsea melting our hearts, this was a week we will not forget!
Sharon Stood Strong
Sharon (Sharon Case) impressed us on Monday when she refused to fall apart. This poor woman has spent the better part of two years being tormented by her enemies. From Cameron (Linden Ashby)’s reign of terror to that whole mess with Jordan (Colleen Zenk) and Ian Ward (Ray Wise) to this terror inflicted by Alan (Christopher Cousins), we fully expected Sharon to be a mess. Who would blame her? Instead, though, she’s turning her attention to finding out who did this terrible thing to her and Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) and bringing them to justice.

The Games We Play
Victor (Eric Braeden) should still be taking some downtime to recover after being shot, but he was out about town stirring up drama on Tuesday. Why let a little thing like almost dying stop him from toying with Kyle (Michael Mealor)? Oh, and toy he did! He got under Kyle’s skin by prying into Kyle’s current standing with Jack (Peter Bergman). When he learned all was well between father and son, Victor didn’t even back down. But why? As far as Summer and Kyle can guess, he’s doing all this to push them back together. Will it work? Will The Great Victor Newman’s sideways attempt at matchmaking work out in the end?
History Repeats Itself
Adam (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) have spent the better part of the last few weeks flirting with the idea of each other. They were sure they could keep things platonic living under the same roof but it wasn’t long before those old feelings bubbled to the surface. On Wednesday, they finally gave into their flame and shared a night of passion that is sure to change the game. Is this the start of something new and beautiful or will it end in disaster? We can’t wait to find out!
