- Claire finally learned about Holden and Audra’s secret.
- Nick confronted Matt Clark.
- Noah woke up from his coma, yet may be keeping secrets from his parents.
Fatherly Advice
Kyle (Michael Mealor) has been a wreck since his breakup with Claire (Hayley Erin). His romantic gesture of flying to L.A. to win her back didn’t work in his favor. Needing someone to vent to, Kyle turned to Jack (Peter Bergman). Like any good parent, Jack listened as Kyle expressed his fears about losing Claire to Holden (Nathan Owens). One pivotal moment during Kyle’s rant was when he finally accepted blame for his role in the breakup. But unfortunately, he learned the hard way that lying is never the answer.
As Kyle worried about losing Claire, Jack gave his son some much-needed advice. He told Kyle that Claire needs some space and should make her own decisions without being pushed. Hopefully, Kyle will listen for once and take his dad’s advice.
Claire Breaks Holden
Last week Claire and Holden finally consummated their relationship. But this week, the flame may be burning out for the new couple. Their fun-filled trip is winding down with them heading back to Genoa City, where Claire must face her nemesis Audra (Zuleyka Silver).
Claire still has revenge on her mind and sought Holden’s help in delving into her past. Although Holden tried to beat around the bush, Claire stood her ground. An assertive Claire demanded the truth, saying she was tired of everyone lying to her. Holden broke down and confessed everything about his and Audra’s past. Claire is pleased to finally have info on Audra; however, she won’t be happy when she learns Holden is lying to her.
Nick Pulls No Punches
It’s the moment Y&R fans have been waiting for. After last week’s shocking revelation that Mitch was Matt Clark (Roger Howarth), viewers expected a showdown between him and Nick (Joshua Morrow). And the show didn’t disappoint.
An angry Nick burst into The Shadow Room and wasted no time in decking Matt. Sienna (Tamara Braun) tried to diffuse the situation as the men yelled at each other. Mitch continued to proclaim he wasn’t Matt and didn’t know the man. Yet, Nick wasn’t buying the excuse. He warned Mitch to stay away from his family or else. With Nick in protective mode and his family still in danger, there’s bound to be more heated confrontations between him and Matt. Something we’re all looking forward to.
Lucas Adams’ Debut
After weeks in a coma, Noah (Lucas Adams) finally woke up. Sharon (Sharon Case) and Nick were overjoyed when their son’s bandages were removed, and Adams made his debut as the new Noah. Although it’s only a few days into his debut, Adams seems a good fit as Shick’s son.
Adams already has great chemistry with his onscreen parents. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house as the trio celebrated Noah’s miraculous recovery. While it was a sweet, family moment, things are about to turn dramatic as Shick learn about their son’s secret life.
