It’s Christel Khalil’s birthday but it appears it’s the viewers who are getting the gift! The fan-favorite actress appears to be back at The Young and the Restless!
Khalil, who plays Lily Winters Ashby on the top-rated soap, popped up in an Instagram photo posted by her TV husband Daniel Goddard (Cane).
The photogenic couple posed for a pic in what appears to be the Y&R makeup room. “Reunited and it feels so good!” Goddard wrote on the post. He added he’s glad to have her back.
Does this mean Khalil is back shooting at Y&R, and if so, is she there for a day, a longer stint, or something in between?
Many fans wouldn’t mind seeing Lily sprung for jail just in time for Christmas, but odds are the series may already have that episode in the can.
Plus, perhaps Lily needs to spend a least a little more time in the big house to pay for the untimely death of both Hilary (Mishael Morgan) and her unborn child.
