Daytime star Jensen Buchanan (Judge Moxley) may be a strict, live-by-the-law judge on “The Young and the Restless,” but her real life is currently plagued with legal woes following a drunk driving accident last month.
On May 18th, the star was arrested when she crashed her vehicle in a terrifying accident that sent 56-year-old Bradley Asolas to the hospital with critical injuries. He was rescued by using the Jaws of Life. According to soaps.com, Buchanan’s blood alcohol level was .34 percent, which is well above the state-regulated legal limit.
Following the accident, Buchanan was released on $100,000 bail and was then charged with felony driving under the influence of alcohol causing injury, and felony driving with a blood alcohol level of .08% or greater.
The actress’s arraignment date is next week on June 22. Soap Hub will keep fans updated with any further developments.

Rumor has it the Emmy-nominated actress is set to reprise her judicial role for Adam’s (Justin Hartley) upcoming murder trial. After letting the youngest Newman son off easy the last time he faced her in court, it’s doubtful that he’ll receive a second chance at freedom.
