On The Young and the Restless, there’s a new family in town… and they’ve got issues! Lola (Sashe Calle) seems the sanest. All she wants is to run her food truck, maybe start a restaurant, and date Kyle (Michael Mealor) without any drama.
After being Nikki’s (Melody Thomas Scott) piece on the side, Arturo (Jason Canela) took up with Abby (Melissa Ordway). Then Arturo’s brother, Rey (Jordi Vilasuso), showed up. Followed by Rey’s wife, Mia (Noemi Gonzalez).
Turns out Mia had an affair with Arturo. But now she wants Rey back. Does Mia deserve a second chance? Here’s how almost 5,000 fans feel.
Negative Nellie
Nope, 77% have no trouble decreeing. The woman is trouble with a capital T… that stands for tramp. Who does she think she is, blasting into Genoa City the way she did, marking her territory, not just with Sharon (Sharon Case) about Rey, but also with Abby about Arturo?
What she did was unforgivable, and Rey shouldn’t be guilted into changing his mind. He was obviously hurt by Mia and Arturo’s betrayal, and moving multiple states away didn’t make it any better. Go back to Florida, Mia, because there’s nothing for you in Wisconsin.
Marriage Is Sacred
And then there are the 22% of you who want to see these crazy kids make another go of it. Primarily because you really don’t know much about either of them and, furthermore, don’t care.
If Rey and Mia get back together, they won’t be horning in on Sharon and Nick (Joshua Morrow), whom you do know, or even Arturo and Abby, who you’re warming up to.
As far as you’re concerned, they can renew their vows and return to where they came from. Victoria (Amelia Heinle), Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) would probably appreciate it, too.
The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
