The Daytime Emmy nominations were announced last week, and CBS Daytime couldn’t be more thrilled with its 70 nominations!
The network’s two thrilling sudsers combined to receive 48 nominations — 25 for The Young and the Restless (YR) and 23 for The Bold and the Beautiful (BB). The rest came for the rest of the network’s award-winning daytime lineup!
Actors for both shows appear in this absolutely adorable celebratory video! Of course, this little performance throws a bit of shade at ABC and NBC for receiving fewer nominations.
That just goes to show what happens when a network airs two highly rated daytime dramas! Your move NBC and ABC. . . perhaps it’s time to include some more soapy serial shows during your daytime lineups!
