We started with evil Michael who was disbarred and went to prison, to avenger Michael may be disbarred, but could a huge salary to be a legal consultant at Newman Enterprises. We love him and the way he has overcome his unfortunate past and become a reluctant hero without losing any of his passion or fire.

Here a five fast facts that you may or may not have known about the man behind Genoa City legal eagle.

  • On August 25, 1958, Christian Jules Le Blanc was born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, but grew up in a New Orleans area called Lakeview. He graduated from the same high school as Harry Connick Jr.
  • It’s not an accident that LeBlanc plays a brilliant attorney. He graduated with honors from Tulane University, where he majored in Ancient History and pre-med. Le Blanc is one smart cookie, but lucky for us he decided to be an actor.
  • We know why we love the fiery lawyer who always lands on his feet, but the Television Academy loves him as well. He has been nominated for various Daytime Emmy Awards and won Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series in 2005, 2007 and 2009. Surprisingly, Y&R isn’t first soap. He played Kirk McColl from 1983-1985 on the now-defunct “As the World Turns.”
  • There’s no doubt that Le Blanc is a very talented actor, but he was once a video star.  He was a featured player with his on-screen wife Tracey E. Bregman, in the video “I Keep on Loving You” by Reba McEntire in 2010.
  • It’s no secret that Le Blanc keeps his personal life private, but he always has his selfie stick on hand so that he can share photos of his co-workers at work and at play. Le Blanc has once again been nominated for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series, so let’s all congratulate the actor and thank him for the pleasure he’s given us over the last two decades.
