1. A True New Yorker
Hendrickson was born in New York City in 1979. While her family moved to Long Island when she was a child, there was always something about the Big Apple. She eventually moved back to Manhattan when he attended Fordham University!
2. Almost A Mouseketeer
Children’s dream of becoming a part of the Mickey Mouse club, and Hendrickson nearly made the cut. If it weren’t for a blunder on her final audition, she would have been in the same ranks as Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears!
3. Her First Big Role Was On SVU
Hendrickson joined the cast of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in 2001 as Mindy Schumacher. Being on a set with Mariska Hargitay, Christopher Meloni, and Ice-T was an excellent way to kick off a career in television!
4. Breaking Barriers
Landing the roles of twins Frankie & Maggie Stone on All My Children was Hendrickson’s big break.
5. Her First Film Was A TV Movie
In 2005, Hendrickson took on the role of Denise in the made-for-TV film Searching for Bobby D. The movie starred some big names, including Sandra Bernhard and Carmen Electra.
6. Imaginary Bitches
Hendrickson teamed up with AMC costar Eden Riegel for her first online web series . The series only lasted one season, but it paved the way for Hendrickson to start her own show down the road!
7. A Year In Commercials
The year 2009 was a big one for Hendrickson. Not only was she on Y&R as Chloe, but she became the face for some pretty major brands. That year alone she was in commercials for McDonald’s, Special K, Ford Fusion, and Bud Light.
8. Her Very Own Show
Hendrickson made a bid for her own online show in 2015 by appealing to the public for help. Her Kickstarter campaign was a massive success. Hendrickson then wrote, directed, and starred in 30 Days Max!
9. She Swears Chloe Didn’t Kill Adam!
Hendrickson’s Y&R storyline surrounding the death of fan favorite Adam Newman has fans furious. Luckily, Hendrickson cleared the air last year in an interview explaining Chloe didn’t murder the Newman hunk.
10. Accolades
Hendrickson’s made an impression on her fans and it shows at award shows. She’s received nominations for four Daytime Emmys, including three for Outstanding Supporting Actress for her role on Y&R.
