Why Taylor Should Be In The Mix On The Bold and the Beautiful

Taylor Hayes made a dramatic re-entrance on The Bold and the Beautiful back in April 2018 in order to protect her daughter, Steffy, from Bill’s influence. Some feel that the stage has been set for Taylor to pop up again and make her presence known!

A Taylor-Made Story

BB super-fan Matt Hanvey posted on social media about the possibilities that could come from Taylor (Hunter Tylo) learning that Hope (Annika Noelle) thought she had killed Taylor’s son Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) and that Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) kept it a secret. “I NEED that drama in my life!” Hanvey tweeted.

The setup is filled with dramatic potential. Brooke protecting her daughter is totally understandable, but still, it’s caused a rift between Brooke and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), something that’s also totally logical.

Taylor was often the odd-woman out in the Ridge-love sweepstakes and she’s had to watch Brooke’s daughter win out over Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) when it comes to being with Liam (Scott Clifton).

The Bold and the Beautiful: Another Triangle?

What would make Taylor’s return even greater would be her reaction to seeing Ridge with Shauna (Denise Richards), who seems to be giving Ridge the support that he feels he’s not getting from Brooke. Ridge has juggled more than two women in the past so there’s no reason why he can’t do that again.

Steffy has been a rock throughout her ordeal of losing her daughter Phoebe (she’s really Beth!) and has had to deal with learning that her brother is obsessed with her rival. Taylor’s return would give Steffy a much-needed sympathetic shoulder, someone she could release some of her frustrations to.

Taylor has always been one to help mend damaged threads throughout the Forrester family (is it any wonder her name is a homonym for “tailor”?) Perhaps, it’s time she came home to play a more hands-on role in BB’s dramatic dealings. Stay tuned to see if that happens. The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS.
