Who Do You Want to See More Of On The Bold and the Beautiful?

The Bold and the Beautiful being a half-hour long has been a blessing and a curse. Each day, fans are left wanting more, but that means there’s only so much screen-time for your favorites!

Which characters who’ve been simmering on the backburner would you like to see more of in the coming year? Soap Hub posed this question to BB fans. Read on for the results!

“Kill” The Backburner

The majority of you, 72%, want to see more of Katie (Heather Tom) and Bill (Don Diamont), whose “smush” name is either “Batie” or “Kill.” While neither is perhaps the most catchy of combo names in soaps, there’s no denying Bill and Katie always bring drama, conflict, and heart to their storylines.

Whether Katie is furious at Bill over infidelity or a business machination, she still loves him. And Bill will put family first when the chips are down. He knows she’s good for him. There’s lots of potential for story for these two next year. Let’s hope we see some of it realized!

A “Bridge” Too Far

Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) came in second in this poll with nearly 16% of The Bold and the Beautiful vote. This number is a little low, possibly because viewers did get to see this duo in 2020. They had conflict (Ridge seeing the video of Bill and Brooke kissing) and romance (Ridge and Brooke’s reconciliation) and hurdled a big obstacle — Ridge’s “marriage” to Shauna (Denise Richards). Still, viewers clearly can’t get enough of Ridge and Brooke. Here’s hoping BB gives us more Bridge in 2021.

Ebb and Flo(w)

Storylines for characters ebb and flow throughout the course of daytime. Wyatt (Darin Brooks) and Flo (Katrina Bowden) got some action in 2020, including Wyatt rescuing Flo from being tied to Sally’s (Courtney Hope) radiator. The duo saw more screen-time after Quinn (Rena Sofer) moved in with the duo.

Flo and Wyatt also got 12% of your vote, so hopefully, 2021 will bring more story for this dynamic duo. Maybe a crossover with The Young and the Restless now that Sally is living in Genoa City?
