Bill Spencer wears many hats on The Bold and the Beautiful. At times, viewers have seen him be a romantic hero, a ruthless businessman, and a protective father. It’s not uncommon for him to wear more than one hat at the same time even.
Bold and the Beautiful Polling
Which role do you like seeing Bill (Don Diamont) in the most? Soap Hub posed this question to viewers. Read on for the results!
Marry Me, Bill
The majority of you, 38%, say that you like seeing Bill as a romantic hero. Lately, he’s put his heart on his sleeve, professing his love for Katie (Heather Tom) and doing whatever he can to re-win her heart and her faith. Viewers have also seen Bill when he’s swept Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) off her feet and romanced her, too. The only problem is when he does the latter, he ends up having trouble with the former!
Media Mogul
Almost a third of you, around 32%, like watching Bill sit on this throne at Spencer Publications. We’ve seen Bill wheel and deal, keeping his employees in line along the way. When Bill wants something, he usually gets it.
At times, he’ll go too far — like when he blew up Spectra Fashions with his son Liam (Scott Clifton) and Sally (Courtney Hope) still inside. Bill is known for being ruthless and won’t hesitate to use his company’s media platforms to create profit and manipulate his adversaries.
Daddy Dearest
Bill’s current role as a controlling parent scored almost 30% of your vote. Bill is currently moving heaven and earth to keep Liam from being prosecuted by authorities for his role in Vinny’s (Joe LoCicero) death.
Liam’s pop keeps making several convincing points — that Vinny’s passing was an accident, Liam didn’t leave the scene of the incident willingly (he fainted and Bill carried him back into the car and drove off), and no good can come of Liam confessing.
The votes were fairly well split on this poll, but the good news is Bill’s such a multi-layered character that he can be all of these things when the story calls for it! The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
